The food is always pretty good…I mean it’s fast food Mexican…but what always stands out is the service…if I could give more stars I would! I’m not a fan of teenagers that work in fast food…they tend to be a little “rough” but the kids that work at THIS location…shout out to their parents and good work leadership! Every single one of their employees are nothing short of cheerful, and always friendly. I’m a frequent customer and will continue to be one as long as these awesome employees give this great service!

I am a regular at Moe’s no matter where I travel to. This was the first Moe’s that my group and I were severely disappointed with the experience. There was no traditional “welcome to Moe’s”, garbage bins overflowing, tables filthy, salsa bar unkempt, no soufflé cups, and empty containers of salsa went on without being filled. The area behind the counter was filthy, and employees were not using sanitary practices. (Touching hair and face, without washing hands). The employees had terrible attitudes. This was obviously the regular practice for this Moe’s. The list goes on and on. I let the staff at our facility of 3000 plus people to avoid this place at all costs. I even posted in the break room so the staff doesn’t end up with a similar or worse experience.

Well apparently Tuesday is the last day in the week before they clean this location on the weekly rotation because that’s the day I was there. Filthy. My tray was greasy on the bottom. The floors were covered in grease and trash. The food was standard Moe’s. Nothing to write home about. The chips suck anymore, not sure what they changed but they are awful. The fancy Coke dispenser was out of almost everything and was watered down at that. Not returning. I can’t wait till the jobs market gets corrected and people need a job again … Wait, the government won’t let that happen……

The customer service was very good however the food was cold. It looked like it had been sitting out for quite some time and the restaurant looked very dirty with napkins on the floor, sticky countertops, didn’t look like they had cleaned throughout the day

We love Moe’s and this was by far the worst one that we have ever been to. The food area looked dirty, the lettuce was brown, one of the salsa’s I got was spoiled. I always get guacamole but not here. It looked gross. Chips were stale. $40 was way too much to pay for what we received. Will never stop in at this one again.
