I placed on an order for Transaction Reference #237126763. The delivery person didn’t leave the drink. I called to request a refund for the drink the the young man I spoke with said he couldn’t assist me with and the manager in the background kept telling him to tell me to request a refund from doordash. I advised him I ordered off the website and he kept trying to hand the phone to the manager and she was in the background telling him she wasn’t speaking to me or offering a refund on a drink and I needed to come pick one up. I advised I paid a fee for deliver and a customer tip to the driver that it was storming and I was not coming to pick it up fo refund it. the manager was still in the pack ground telling the young man she wasn’t going to speak to me and she’d just refund the entire order. I asked the boy for his name and the managers name and told him I could hear how she was speaking and it was very unprofessional and he told me he couldn’t give me her name or he’d be in trouble and he hung up on me. I called back two more times to he hung up on again. I called again and a boy answered again and told someone again I was asking for the managers named and he finally said Coleen. This unprofessional for a business to be represented. If she refunded the entire refund that’s great but she was very rude and condescending in the background.

Good location for a little Caesars. They were online exclusively for the last pickup I made. I’m not sure if that is permanent. Out of the many times I’ve picked up pizza here, they’ve messed up my order about 3 times, but each time, they would let me keep whatever was messed up since it had been touched. Good compensation if you ask me!

Ordered and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. Almost 30 minutes later and everyone who ordered after me has got their orders. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads. This happens every single time I come to this location. They never have anything prepped. Will not be coming back. I would rather drive to another location.

I had an AMAZING experience! I have had numerous problems with the Paul Huff Pkwy location- arguing about my order, being rude, and just today, they picked up the phone and then LEFT IT HANGING and walked away so that I couldn’t even place my order! I physically drove to this location on Keith Street, and it was night and day difference. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and clearly working very hard! The young man at the register gave me the best value on my order without even having to say anything, and was very apologetic about the PH location even though he had nothing to do with it, which I greatly appreciated. I believe he knew that their behavior affects how EVERY ONE of these stores are perceived. I also had another lovely experience with miss Angel. She was very helpful and friendly, and went completely above and beyond. She went to double bag my drinks without even thinking about it, and even offered to help take my stuff to the car since I had so much! I declined because I didn’t want her to be away from her duties inside the store, but what an incredibly generous offer. I told her that of course her name is Angel with how kind and lovely she was. The food was great, my order was 100% correct, and to be honest, it was the last thing I was excited to tell my family about when I got home because I wanted to tell them about the cashier and miss Angel first. Absolutely astounding service and great food. Couldn’t recommend more. Whoever owns this franchise, please tell all your staff what a great job they are doing, and double their pay because they go above and beyond like it’s going out of style.

Service was good, the young man was friendly. Our pizza, however wasn’t good. We ordered a thin crust pepperoni, which we pay more for, and it wasn’t hot and fresh at all. It wasn’t even warm, we were very disappointed.

I ordered a classic pepperoni on the app. They send an email stating that my pizza was ready but it could not be put in the portal, I needed to see a cashier to get my pizza. The cashier laughs and says, “It’s just a classic pepperoni?!” The reason I use the app and would like to have my pizza ready is because the man I work with has autism and noise sensitivity. I would like to be guaranteed when I go in, there is pizza available, even if it’s a pepperoni, the employees are not yelling pep or cheese in our face, and if it’s crowded we can grab the pizza and go to avoid a meltdown. That was rude!

They don’t hold up to their advertisement about “Hot and Ready” all they give you are excuses, no discounts for false advertisement, and they don’t even honor military. Had to wait for over 20 minutes for something advertised as “Hot and Ready”
