The window person asked me to pull up and asked the customer behind me to come to my car and tell me to go back around to get back in line after she had already taken my money, I go around to the window and she asks me to get out of my car a walk up to the window to get my food because I refused to wait in line again. Once I received my food this is what I got. A steak grilled cheese burrito which is usually longer then my hand, barely wrapped and half the normal size, literally paid over 20 dollars for a burrito that’s not worth .99

During my recent visit to Taco Bell’s drive-thru, I unfortunately encountered a highly disappointing experience with one of their employees. From the moment I approached the microphone monitor, their demeanor was unprofessional and rude. The older male displayed a lack of attentiveness and seemed disinterested in assisting customers. Additionally, their communication was abrupt and unwelcoming, making the overall interaction quite unpleasant. It is disheartening when customer service falls short, as it tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise popular fast-food chain. I hope that Taco Bell takes note of such incidents and strives to provide a more positive and customer-centric experience in the future.

Honestly, it must have been a really bad day for them. I spent almost $40 on Taco Bell. All the chalupas and the gordita that I got were stale as heck. Crunchy. Not soft at all. Maybe it’s been a while. Or maybe this location is different but they have a awesome selection of fountain drinks

First of all, let’s not pretend like you’re better than Taco Bell But I know you don’t think that because you’re already considering a delicious meal from south of the border. Anyway, this Taco Bell has a clean dining room and friendly people. I waited forever in the drive through (person ahead of me had a huge order) just for a Pepsi and so they just gave it to me as a way of thinking me for my patience. Way to take care of the customer!
