Great food, service and atmosphere. Steak special for two included appetizer, salad or soup, and two sides. The soft warm pretzel with cheese was really good, Steak was seasoned very well and cooked to order. Great value for the quantity of food. This was our first visit. We will definitely be back.

My husband was going to meet me at Indiana Beach and took a wrong turn. He went in to this restaurant to ask for directions. The people he talked to were helpful and he decided it would be a good place for dinner. We had the best server and unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but I am guessing great service is not a rarity here. My husband thought the broccoli cheese soup was the best he had ever had. He got the fried chicken special and said it was the best chicken he had had. He also liked the jalapeno cornbread. I use a walker and when we left the hostess opened both exit doors for us. This place really deserves MORE than 5 stars and we will certainly be going back.

The menu I felt was limited. However, I’m sure it simplifies some things for the owner. The food was decent. I had catfish fillet basket. Service was alright however the company I was with order mixed drinks and they were very weak as if there was only a splash of alcohol. The waitress did make thinks correct and brought an extra shot a piece.

Amazing place!! A MUST when visiting Monticello!!! Great food (amazing quality and presentation), prices are so reasonable as well as affordable and amazing service!!!! The owners are truly hands on checking on all customers and the staff is very efficient in all areas. Food timely and cooked to perfection, while service didn’t skip a beat. Thanks for such an amazing experience.

We were in town after being at the park all day, and needed a place to eat later in the night with kids. Called and asked if they could accommodate our party of 13 only about 45 min before they closed and they said absolutely. We had the best service ever! The staff was so accommodating for our little ones 3rd bday; they all came out to sing him happy bday and even did a “bday shot” with him lol it was so cute and special! The food was delicious and very fairly priced. Caribbean chicken & shrimp, potato skins & hush puppies were highlights. Drinks were delicious and they even crafted a special drink for me. Will definitely return when we’re in town. We were so grateful for their warm service and awesome hospitality!

Spur of the moment decision to come here. No regrets at all. Both food and service was excellent. Best smelt I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot over the years. Definitely coming back. And it was located less than 10 minutes from the Indiana Beach Campground.
