In the past I rated this place four to five stars but due to my experience tonight they are getting one star. I’m not sure in what world this is ok but we left $20 tip in cash on the table and our waiter who apparently did not look on the table followed us out to the car to ask me why I didn’t tip!! I explained I left $20 cash on the table and he said “oh sorry I didn’t look.” What in the world??!! How is that appropriate?? The younger people that work in there were much nicer and attentive but this older man needs to move into a different career. I have never had that happen anywhere and can’t believe he thought that was appropriate. To make it worst…The service he provided was truly not worth the $20 tip however I was trying to be kind especially to the bus people as they deserved the tip. Food was so mediocre also this time and it used to be really good. So sad.

We order food from here a lot as it is our go to pizza/Italian food place. I’m from queens so i have had all the best Italian food throughout new york city and I must say, this place is really good and has amazing tasting/quality italian food for upstate. Pizza is the best we had for the area and pasta is delicious. we will continue to order our pizza and pasta from here as we haven’t found any other place that is this good in the area. Dine in is also extremely nice with a wonderful setting, very cosy and elegant with wonderful staff all around.

This restaurant has gone so downhill since the new owners. The food doesn’t taste as good and the service is just awful. There’s a woman who answers the phone and she’s incredibly rude and short with people. On top of that our orders have come messed up several times, yesterday was the first time I actually complained about it because $50 for two dinners I should be getting what I ordered. The delivery kids are always easy to deal with. Super disappointing that one of the best restaurants locally have taken a turn for the worst.
