I just went through the drive-through and I noticed that their machine was broken and it had a sign on it. No problem I thought I’ll just download the app and order. While waiting for the app to download, I managed to make my way up to the window, and the lady at the window asked my name I said I haven’t ordered yet and she said this is pick up only. The paper sign on the drive-through machine didn’t mention it, and by the time you I got to window, I was trapped in between other vehicles.

Service is top notch! We placed an order online but didn’t realize it was for the following day. The staff still prepared our order last minute, this was just before closing time, and couldn’t have more more courteous and professional!!! Kudos to everyone on this team, keep up the great work!!

Road trip.. 8-29-19 2:15pm. The food at this location was good and also had good presentation. The lady’s at the counter were polite and helpful. The restaurant had trash throughout, under tables, also restroom was not all that clean. A easy sweeping would go a long distance. Overall my experience was not bad and I would return to this location.

Horrible service and over priced food. $15 for half a sandwich and cup of soup is ridiculous. The girls working the counter were unfriendly, unknowledgeable, and unhelpful to our entire Bible study group. It definitely did not go unnoticed by any of us! I asked for a piece of the Oreo cheesecake that was advertised, and I heard the girl in the back (kitchen area) tell the girl taking my order that she didn’t want to thaw it out. The girl came back over to the register and lied to me and said they were out of it. I called her bluff, to which she just said “I don’t know”. I told her to forget it. One of the employees wanted to leave early, so she mopped the floor with customers still there at 7 pm and made the floor a huge fall hazard. I was slipping and sliding. Over by the counter, the water was literally puddled. I told the girl behind the counter, and it was obvious that she could not care less. Not only was it a fall hazard, but from where customers had trampled all over it, the floor was dirty and filthy. I also mentioned this, to which the girl responded “oh well, bound to happen sometime”. It was pretty dead in there, and now I see why! We all said that we won’t return!

It shouldn’t even be a one star. Me and my friend wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all. The cashier Jax was on the phone the entire time taking my order and that’s probably why my food was wrong. I asked for no mayo on my sandwich they gv me extra. My friend checked her food before we left hers was wrong i should hv done the same. Completely horrible experience and i won’t return.

Cashier didn’t put order in right. Paid extra $2.50 for extra meat on spud max. Didn’t get barely any meat at all. Ordered a chicken Caesar half wrap and soup. The wrap was basically lettuce and it wasn’t even a half wrap. This place is ridiculous. Won’t be going back. It’s sad when my cracker was bigger than my wrap.

Asked for marinated tomato salad to go with my Reuben sandwich, got home 20 miles later and found potato salad. And there was no pickle. A Reuben isn’t a Reuben without a pickle. And why is all of the meat seem to be on one side of the sandwich. For a ten dollar Reuben, McAlister’s can do better.
