The Sunday night is rather lackluster. They gave other people their food ahead of my order and I was there first. I have to update my review. Now they have a nasty little girl named Caitlin who thinks she’s better than everyone else. If you’re in a service industry you need to wait on the customers not getting nasty with them and run away. And you certainly don’t throw juice in a bag and throw it and stomp off.

I absolutely love Moe’s and we go there often. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because when I recently went in on a Moe’s Monday for the special deal. The cashier asked me if I wanted to use my $10 that I had on my account. I said sure! I think an employee should point out that if you use your $10 you are not entitled to the “deal” price and everything is regular price and sold separately. Otherwise, I would have chosen the deal and saved the $10 for a non Moe’s Monday and I would have used my military ID for the discount they normally give. Hopefully, in the future, they will point this out to the customers.

The staff was rude, None of what I ordered got rang in properly. Apparently I’m supposed to have my phone with me so I can use the app to order their Monday special now. Does not apply if you don’t order with your app, I was charged over $27 for two burritos with chips no drinks.

I’m finding Moe’s has been getting much more consistent than in the past, especially this location in Oldsmar. Food was hot and really good. We got a steak burrito and a white meat chicken burrito. The staff was very friendly “welcome Moe’s.” Service was also very fast (not a lot of people for this Moe’s Monday. It also looks like they have boosted the staff. We were pleased.

Do not order Uber eats, door dash, etc from this location. I ordered two burritos and they were basically the size of tacos. Smallest burritos I have ever seen. Disappointing that you have to physically watch the workers make your order to actually get your moneys worth. $13 for basically a taco.
