I’ve been going to NEST since it first opened, and the freshness and taste of the food have not been disappointing! Today’s meal was a make your own quesadilla with a side option of chips and salsa or rice and beans. Also included a small salad and dessert option between a vegan fruit crumble or a reeses peanut butter cookie. (Pictures below) For drinks they had water and iced Hibiscus Tea.

First time here. Unique pay as you can afford to pay. Suggested $7 half plate, $10 full plate. Ate Mexican food. Locally sourced food. Very friendly staff, no waiting for lunch. They have sidewalk tables. Very clean inside. Definitely recommend you try this place.

I had a wonderful experience here. We went when they had Hawaiian food that day. Everything from the dishes and napkins to the service and food was wonderful. I enjoyed the people that work here! The atmosphere was so welcoming and lovely. I loved the way the tofu was cooked. A donation based restaurant is definitely something beautiful this community needed and I’m so happy that it was busy when we went there. I’ll be back because it’s really nice to have so many veggie options available to me at all times from here.

I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect when I first came to NEST Café. I was overwhelmingly impressed with all aspects with this restaurant. The food is so delicious and well thought out. The vegan and vegetarian options are top notch. The fact that everything is organic and locally sourced for $10 is just mind blowing. The level of care and love that the people who work there put into this restaurant makes it one of my absolutely favorite places to go in the entire Quad Cities. I cannot recommend it highly enough to bring your friends to or eat there with groups of people.

My first time in wasn’t sure what to expect. The food was phenomenal, and how the chef can pack so much flavor in everything is amazing. Carefully planned menus that always have both meat or vegetarian options available. Everything I have had was beyond my expectations. The dessert options are wonderful as well. Personally recommend the carrot cake and fruit crumble.

Love the premise of Nest Cafe! Simple healthy meals, in healthy portions. You pay what you think the food is worth. There are two options daily, one is always a vegetarian option, and there is always at least one gluten free option.

The concepts and the food are both equally great. It’s very cheap for such amazing food and the option to pay it forward is fantastic. I highly recommend this place.
