Called in to order. 06/04/2023 @ 6:41PM. Nicest girl took order. Very polite, excellent customer service. I feel bad i can not remember her name. She had a short name like Amy or Mary. She deserves all stars. Quoted about 45 minutes. / On the other hand. Our pizzas last night was horrible. We didn’t even eat as much as normal. Tasted bland. Hint of peach on bottom of my sweep the kitchen pizza. My husband said his sweep the swamp was not good either. Last few times I got pizza there, it was not good. / Waited in line ~15 minutes. I called 06/04/2023 @ 7:46PM and nicely asked Darian what was going on, if they could have the person holding up the line to pull forward. Guy tells me on phone, that the vehicle holding up the line was “getting his order shortly” and he hung up. No bye, no nothing. He didn’t even get to hear me say Okay Thanks. As i pull up, the window opens. Guy says $34.48. He didnt say Hi, What Name is the order under. Just rattled them numbers. / I said “huh?” Guy -Its Kayla right? Me- Yeah. Me- Are you Darian, whom answered when i called? Him- YEAH. I handed him my card. He didn’t say anything about previous phone call. Window closed before i could ask for the manager. He opened the window handing me the card with receipt. Quickly closed his window. Few seconds later, window opens. Then he handed the pizzas over. Before i could turn back around he once again closed that window. I wanted to knock on that window to get him to open it only to request the manager. Only to see a car behind me, I didn’t want to hold them up. Irritates me to be stuck in line after giving plenty of time for our pizzas to be ready for pick-up. It isn’t hard to simply ask the person holding up the line to move forward and someone could bring them their order. / Yes i drove off without going in to ask for a manager. We had no electricity at home, and were starving. I’ve never experienced attitude like that at Johnny’s Pizza(Farmerville). Ticket# 203

Hack: Request a specialty pizza when purchasing a buffet because the standard choices are just plain one or two topping pizzas.

The Flips are outstanding!! The loaded bread sticks are a meal by themselves.

Took three years to finally get the sweep the swamp. Kept missing the season – worth it. Overall a cheaper regional eatery. Not gourmet nor fancy but does its job. I’d rather support local anyways. Reminds me of an old time pizzeria in Washington by their dessert pizza’s.

Johnny’s Pizza is a regional favorite. Originating in Monroe, Louisiana the chain is a sentimental choice for alumni of Northeast Louisiana University (now ULM). The original Johnny’s was located across the street from NLU and was always the hub of activity. As the chain spread across the state, the company’s involvement in giving back to the community has expanded. Many public schools have Johnny’s nights in which designated franchises will donate a percentage of their profit to the school they are sponsoring. Other organizations sell cards that offer multiple discounts to the cardholder.
