I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with just chicken and bread. I then am asked to wait at the pole before the window for 5 min. I receive my order and the sandwich is dressed. I am asked to pull forward and proceed to wait another 5 min. Just to get a plain spicy chicken sandwich.

Came to drive through and ordered a 4pc meal. As soon as I paid, was told to pull around because they were waiting on fries. Well 25 mins later, I had to get out and go inside for them to tell me “it’s gonna be 5 mo’ mins. We waiting on tge chicken.” Worst KFC experience EVER!!!
