Honestly, this is the worst restaurant I’ve ever experienced the worst customer service. The food is trash. Everything about Popeyes in Shreveport Louisiana sucks. Do not recommend going here if you’re hungry and need food at any time during the day because they won’t answer the drive-through thing at all. You’ll have to walk all the way inside and a half the time they won’t even answer that either.

I came to this Popeyes prepared for subpar service, and willing to wait for a ridiculously long time (that’s the usual here). I went anyway because like Popeye’s blackened tenders. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. The girl who took my order was polite and informative. She told me how long my food would take. When she gave the car ahead of me their food, she gave me an update on my wait time. She said thank you and have a wonderful day, and she was smiling the entire time…this never happens at most drive thru restaurants! She was very pleasant, she deserves a raise, because she’s letting her light shine! Oh yeah, the tenders were awesome as well.

Came here tonight and ordered some popcorn shrimp. The shrimp were ice cold and HARD AS A ROCK! Half of them did not even have a piece of shrimp in them. I HATE that I didn’t check my food before I left the parking lot because I would’ve 100% asked for a refund! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Please check your food before you leave this place!

Ok this Popeyes taste like the one in New Orleans. The red beanswas cooked to perfection and the chicken was awesome. I could taste the spices in chicken. Everyone was so friendly too.

Very disappointed! I usually get decent service and great when 1 certain employee is there but tonight was unreal. Made people wait to take my order until everyone was done at the drive through. The 5 piece chicken tender was a joke! The pieces were so small and thin, McDonald’s nuggets have more meat. The bag of fries were only half full. I tried to call but got voicemail. I left a message but so far No One has called me back. It’s been about an hour.

Came through after work I understand that they were short staffed but the manager attitude was terrible she wasn’t patient just rushed us through I come for the biscuits but they tasted spoiled like if they were sitting out or the milk was spoiled in it I don’t know, but my family and friends won’t be returning back to this restaurant ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ do better Popeyes.
