Waited over 30 minutes in line. Ordered a pizza and waited at the cash register for 5 minutes while Julian handed out pizzas. I watched him hand my pizza out and I told the guy who grabbed it that it was not his pizza and he thought he was going to get a free extra pizza on top of his 3. So he handed it back. As I seen him touch the side of the pizza against his hand. I said I am leaving and Julian the cashier said “good bounce”. I ask to speak with a manager and she just made excuses and Julian interrupted me during my conversation. The manager with a tattoo on the bottom of her throat after hearing what happened then tried to offer me a free pizza and I was overwhelmed by the negativity of Julian, so I left. Corporate will be notified on Monday!

Everyone was pleasant besides the African American guy with an attitude and always on his phone. I originally asked for 2 pizzas but then asked for a 3rd one to which he rolled his eyes and huffed. I asked for the third one before the nice lady started making my pizzas. The guy that looks like a surfer was very pleasant and so was the guy working the oven as well. 01/07/22 around 12-12:20 pm.

The pizza was just average with fewer toppings. The person taking orders (a black person with messy braids) was extremely rude and intentionally ignored the inquiries of the two Asian women behind me. They even left the counter to fool around with their friends, completely disregarding the Asian man standing behind them. It was only when the Asian man couldn’t bear it anymore and shouted loudly that they reluctantly returned to the ordering corner, still maintaining a very negative attitude towards the customers.

Blaze’s pizza is one of my favorites places. But yesterday they must have been a very OFF day for them. We walked in a party of and 1 girl was cleaning the individual tubs slower than molasses and didn’t even bother to acknowledge anyone there. Another guy and girl looked like they were on break leaning against a table and chatting. I get it staff need their break. A fourth person came to take our order who looked like that was his 1st day on the job. I felt bad for him. And then when we paid another guy asked us in a very rude manner “well what did you order I don’t know what I’m supposed to be charging you for?” The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, clearly. It was 6:40pm I know it was getting close to closing on Sunday. But another guys came and started stacking the stools so loud like he wanted everyone to get out. And the last straw I asked for forks and He points me to wall sand the tin was empty. I showed it to him and de said – “this is not my side!” How sad if the owners new what they’re doing to his business

This has to be one of the best, if not the best pizza I’ve ever had. The ingredients were fresh and that pizza oven cooks pizza that you can’t believe or the pizza master at the oven knows how to maneuver the pizza at the right time. The blood orange lemonade was perfect! Hands down. They had to make more because it’s that good. Salad was very good.
