Rally’s has always been one of my favorite fast food stops. Great variety, fresh ingredients, and always very friendly staff. No exception today. I must admit, however that while driving around the restaurant. I noticed that the American flags on top of the building are extremely weathered and tattered. This is a terrible display of pride for the American flag and our country. Please replace these flags with new and proper American made flags.

Ordered thru GrubHub first mistake. Rallys didn’t have Sprite so instead of calling us they sent an email that wasn’t seen for 30 minutes, and the whole time our food sat there and got cold. NEVER AGAIN

Workers are extremely rude. I haven’t came to this location in maybe a year because it’s always unbelievably slow if I’m the only car there why does it take almost 20 mins to get food that comes out cold. Closes at 130 even though their store hours say 2!! Maybe I’m overreacting because I’m extremely hangry because I’ve never made a complaint somewhere before… but tonight I had every intention on buying all my favs off their menu but when we pulled up the lights were out and they still had 23 mins before closing time. I knocked at the window and they didnt even want to hear me out lol they just looked at me and said they were closed so I yelled I just want a sundae then, they went ahead and let me get my 2 sundaes and a burger for the kid in the car. I could hear a lady in the kitchen FLIPPING OUT using profanity because the kid rung a burger up! Heaven forbid u have to make one piece of meat. I’ve worked fast food I understand how frustrating closing time is but that’s LITERALLY WHY THERES CHOSEN TIMES not the managers choice that night
