Manager is rude and disrespectful. Likes to harass people eating outside. Food is usually cold or wrong. Saw afew roaches in dining room. Should shut this place down. Not sure the Managers name but i have a picture of him harassing women outside on the picnic tables. Manager should be fired and or reported.

Came here today for dinner since Chili’s was short staffed. We didn’t get a greeting. That was the only thing. I ordered a chicken burrito with cilantro rice, lettuce, light tomato, light guac, and light sour cream. There were chips on the side. I also ordered lemonade to drink. My daughter had the kids quesadilla meal with chips and lemonade also. My friend ordered The Stack, which reminds me of the crunch wrap supreme from Taco Bell. Everything tasted really good. I tried the salsa bar and got the two mild salsas, El Guapo and Kaiser. I liked the Kaiser salsa the best. The chips they have are definitely better than Chipotle, Chili’s, and Taco Bell. Not too salty or chewy. I’ll be working near this location soon, so I’m excited to go back again.

Delivery orders consistently wrong or cancelled. Manager seems like he has no clue what’s going on most of the time. Very condescending and each time I call to report an issue he acts like he isn’t the manager. I recognize your voice my guy.

My steak burrito didn’t come with any steak in it. I don’t even know how that can happen considering that is the only meat I had in the burrito, and it should have gotten a bigger serving than any of the toppings I added on. I got a couple of bites into the burrito before I realized I hadn’t tasted any meat. I checked and there wasn’t any at all in the burrito. Also instead of the Rock n Roll hot sauce, they put the Southwest vinaigrette in the salsa bar and have it labelled incorrectly. I am extremely disappointed because I was craving a big steak burrito with hot sauce, but I just got vinegary cheese and veg. I can’t return immediately to get it fixed so I just ate the mess that they gave me.

Sloppy and it had foil in the tacos. I ordered a hard crunchy tac, but it is softer than the soft shell. I can’t get the aluminum taste out of my mouth. I am very disappointed. Also, the steak is missing from the steak burrito I ordered.

I placed an online order and my fiancé went inside to pick it up. We get home and I notice no beef on either of my beef nachos purchased, also the crunch wrap foil was all over the place and wasn’t even enough foil to cover the crunch wrap, it was also thrown into a bag where it had leaked on the side. I order from this location all the time and have never had a bad experience until today. I call and speak with Chris the manager on duty, he then tells me that he made these nachos personally himself and he knows he put beef on them, then he decides to argue with me, I asked for my refund and he stated he will submit a refund. Very unprofessional, very messy food presentation and preparation. Originally I would have just took a remake for the mistake but once he decided tell me I was a liar and go back and forth with a paying customer, it left a distastefulness.

1st time, the staff were VERY friendly. The food was good, lots of choices. The line was fast. They even have outside dining. The downside was when I put my hand under the tray to carry, it got covered in sticky, switched to otherside, it’s sticky too. Yuck! In the dining area all tables were dirty and only 1 being used. went to bathroom to wash my hand and get paper towels to clean table, very dirty. Gross. Lots of workers there but nobody wants to clean apparently. If it’s not clean in public places the stuff you don’t see is probably worse. Scary.

Very underwhelmed with our 1st visit to Moe’s. God help them,if they are all this way! Our food was lukewarm Not hot. Not cold. Just lukewarm. In food prep,most of us know,lukewarm is NOT good. It’s dangerous! The people dishing out the food were not friendly Would barely answer our few questions & did so rudely. The “Coke” machine was basically out of flavoring,so we got colored water. Went up to complain,but the line was very long by then. Since there were no clean tables( not one!) we took our lukewarm food & tasteless drinks & left.What an experience. Management is asleep ar the wheel here,or just don’t care.Sad. It could be so good.
