Sooo First time here! I was sat and was told where silverware was, I was not asked what I wanted to drink. Soo I saw the soda machine, and I got my own Dr. Pepper, then got my food. The owner came out while I was eating and asked what I was drinking because my class was almost gone. Mind you I still haven’t seen my server. Then as I’m f8 ishibg my soup a lady appears and just drops the chrck off doesn’t say anything, doesn’t ask if I’d like a refill just drops check off. So I crab my cup and go to refill it. And the same non talking lady tells me with an attitude to just leave my cup. It’s been 15 min still haven’t got my drink and I’ve asked to speak to the manager, and yet nothing. The lady has been talking to the hostess loudly boyt me, and when I said I can hear her she said she didn’t care.. Woooow and this is customer service here. The pictures are of 2 un cleaned tables next to me that Jace been that way since I was sat at 1pm it is now almost 2pm. The server has been by to collect her tips off the table but not clean them.

We stopped in to eat on Saturday night. There aren’t really any good Chinese buffets in Beaumont that we could find. This one was average. There are three “rows” of food. Very traditional Chinese buffet. It was hard for me to concentrate on the food because the restaurant was filthy. There was black around all of the air vents – which was just gross to think of the air we were breathing. There were cobwebs all over. I can’t imagine the owner ever walks in, and if they do and can’t see the cleaning that needs to be done- that’s an issue. Yuck!

The best Chinese food you’ll eat in Lumberton, Texas. Very good service, price, and food! Compared to Hot Wok by Walmart which will over charge you for 4 small nugget size pieces of chicken 45 to 50 dollars and rice for two people.
