Even though this location isn’t in the best location, I think it’s got some of the sweetest employees. They’re hard working and probably put up with a lot more than the employees from other locations and they still do their best to smile and treat the customers kindly. Thanks for all you do for us!!! The pizza is always cooked to order and the prices are good with decent deals. The staff is professional and considerate when dealing with overwhelming orders while also being understaffed. Deliveries are a hit and miss with delivery times, sometimes much longer than the app says but that isn’t necessarily their fault. If you decide to order on base, I would suggest just picking it up because orders for carry out are usually prioritized over deliveries.

Set an order. App says 30 min. After close to an hour I call and he says it’s actually 3 hours for the pizza now 30 min. I ask him why they can’t relay that to the customers so they know hey it’s gonna be 3 hours not 30 min and he says they are too busy and that me asking these questions is wasting his time because they are really busy and now I’m making orders jump out to 4 hours when all I wanted to know is why can’t you tell us it’s going to be 3 hours and not 30 min. No call no message nothing. If you’re store is short manned or experiencing a work overload then you need to stop taking orders instead of dropping food off four hours later and having workings get mad at customers for “wasting their time.” We get it short staffed means longer wait, but you need to tell us that so we don’t expect what the app tells us. You definitely don’t need to get upset with the customer saying they are wasting your time when I was literally just asking why I couldn’t be told it’s going to be 3 hours not 30 min so I could order elsewhere.

Order 2 hours before you want to eat on the weekend , My order took just under 2 hours, and I had to pick it up myself to make it under two hours. Was still charged a delivery fee and paid the tip to the driver than never delivered my pizza. Also pizza was cold after being told it came out of the over 5 minutes prior, I had to reheat in microwave. At that point I should have just microwaved a frozen pizza, probably would have been better, definitely would have cost less.

Worst customer service ever. They made us wait for over an hour just to make the wrong thing! They don’t even seem to focus properly to fix the issue either or make sure they’re not duplicating an order.

I usually have no problems with this store, but yesterday I made an order which isn’t the important part of the story. I opted for contact less delivery which I thought was curbside delivery, my mistake. I call in the store and I don’t get a pick up for legitimately 5 mins. I tell the woman on the phone I’m here for my pick up and she tells me I didn’t do curbside and that I need to come inside to pick up my order, again, I understand, I misread. I go back home to get a mask because I didn’t think I was going to be getting out. When I get back I walk into the store and notice nobody is at the counter doing anyone’s for customers(basically it wasn’t busy) and I go to yhe sign that says contactless pick up and see 2 young men standing in the back of the store on their phones. It took about 3 minutes before I finally see a cowbell sitting at the counter that I ring and finally somebody looks up from their phone and helps me with my pickup. Don’t get me wrong the gentlemen were friendly and all but I just thought that if they weren’t so busy like the woman on the phone said she was(she said she was the only one in the store) then they could have saved me some time and brought out my order in the first place.
