I was here today at 3:00 p.m. and they gave me a large when I payed for a family sized pizza. When I called to ask for a refund of the difference of the prices they said that they had to see the pizza. I brought the pizza back and they remade it the right size. They did not apologize and were quite rude. I have been going to various Papa Murphy’s for years and never received such poor service. Check your order if you go here especially if you live far away because there is a non zero chance they will mess it up and than act like you are trying to scam them when all you want to do is be charged the correct amount for the product you received. I will still eat at Papa Murphy’s in the future, however I most likely will go the extra distance to go to the one in Port Angeles where they at least have some common curtsy.

We ordered the $10 special extra large Brooklyn sausage and pepperoni pizza. It was HORRIBLE. The crust was extra thin and not foldable. Hardly any cheese. It seemed like they cut all the ingredients in half to sell it at $10. I was really looking forward to a cheesy soft pizza and ended up with cardboard!

This Papa Murphy’s pizza was by far the best I have ever had. And the two employees were friendly and super efficient. I am from Oregon here on a visit and am very familiar with Papa Murphy’s. I, again, say this was your best pizza ever—a large combination on a thin crust! Keep up the good work!!!

Walked in and was greeted with “you the door dash order”…and when I said no, I noticed all the food was empty and they just looked at me. They are posted to be open till 8pm and it was about 7m till 8 on Memorial Day weekend. I told them it was before 8pm and neither worker offered to make a pizza. If you are supposed to be open you should serve your patrons. Bad business!
