I HAVE TRULY FALLEN IN LOVE WITH JACK’S! THEIR FRIES ARE MY FAVORITE. I SOMETIMES JUST GO THERE FOR AN ORDER BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST THE RIGHT SALTED, FRESH, AND HOT. THE BBQ BURGER WAS OK BUT MY RECENT VIST FOR THE SOUTHERN CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS THE BEST MOVE I MADE FOR THE DAY! IT WAS HOT, FRESH, CRISPY, AND DELICIOUS! I HAD ADDED EXTRA MAYO AND CHEESE TO MINE AND THE SWEET TEA WAS GOOOODDDDD! GOING TO GET ME A CHICKEN SANDWICH TODAY! Got down there and went to order and it was a online order so I had to down load a app. It wouldn’t work the lady at the front counter was so super sweet but nobody else would help me . I got there at 8:30 @ night and didn’t leave there til 9:30… I spent 70.00 on supper that night. Everybody don’t know how to work this phones!! The food was good and hot but there was nobody but that one lady to help me … my husband wanted to leave and go to kfc…

Recently purchased an online meal and went to pick it up to find out my order was given to someone else. No big deal, it happens, but the issue I have is the lack of customer service training some of the individuals have there. The manager or owner took care of me and I gladly appreciated it but PLEASE invest in team members that have customer service skills and pay attention to detail.

First time visiting and even seeing this place. Thought it was Jack in the box. But went through the drive through and the workers were very very friendly. Handed me a menu and I was able to place my order. The worker at the payment window wasn’t as friendly but still nice so no complaints about the service at all. Now the hot honey chicken sandwich was not good…. At all. Not sure what it was about it but it was not enjoyable. The fries were decent and fresh. Sweet tea was very sweet but i expect that from fast food places. Not sure if I’ll visit again.

The employees were great and the food was good. The only complaint was that we had to wait over thirty mins for the meals. It was only 2 chicken sandwich combos. There were only 2 employees working. A cook and a cashier. This was Jack’s in Millington. This was on Sunday afternoon. The employees were so apologetic so you couldn’t get mad at them. They worked with what they had.

This was the first time that I had ever eaten at a Jack’s restaurant and I was surprised by there low prices and really good food. They have 2 for $5.00 or it may be $6.00 huge real chicken sandwiches that make you realize that these other places are serving you garbage for food because it taste nothing like the sandwich’s that you will get here real country style food not processed fake food!!! There double cheeseburger and chicken nuggets are also 2 for $5.00 or $6.00 and both of them are real meat and delicious as well. I will definitely be eating at Jack’s from now on this is a great place!!!

First time and last time. Ordered two steak and cheese biscuits. The biscuits fell apart everywhere and had a bitter taste. The steak was just cooked and full of grease and had no flavor. Only thing edible was the hash browns. I didn’t eat much but feeling sicker as time goes by today.
