Not friendly at all, service is slow and they don’t communicate with you. If you don’t like your job or the people you service then find a new one. The restaurant is always empty and they can’t handle what customers they do have. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The food is not that good and they mess up the orders.

Ordered three sandwiches and fries. Impossible Whopper w/ cheese had a CORNER of a piece of cheese, a small sliver of an onion and one leaf of lettuce. Whopper Jr w/ cheese had NO cheese, no onion, no ketchup, no pickles and one leaf of lettuce. Original chicken sandwich had no lettuce or mayo (yes, that means just chicken on bun). Fries were LITERALLY uncooked. I’m blown away by what I’ve just seen. I’m worried that the food made in this location is not safe to consume. Maybe a call to the health department is smarter than leaving a review, to be honest. Upper management needs to get involved here and fix the issues. It’s not the first time, but it is the last time for me. If zero stars were possible, that’s what I’d give. This is meant to be more of a public service announcement. Yikes.

It’s supposed to be 2 pieces of bacon. The single bacon king has ONE slice of cheese not 2 and 2 pieces of bacon not 3 like it’s supposed. Supposed to have 3 rings of ketchup not a dot of ketchup. The 9 piece chicken fry only has 7 in the carton. This annoys me since I run BK’s and I would never allow that to be served to a customer.
