I waited 25 mins and 7 people that order after me hot there pizza before me. The mag. was not nice at all when i said something about waiting after 7 others had got there pizzas before me. She said your is a speciality pizza well so was my son and he hot hos before me. I will never go back there again. If i could give them less then 1 star i would.

I ordered online an hour early. I even arrived 10 minutes after and I had to wait another 15 minutes because they had no pizzas ready. Meanwhile a lady is on the computer and guys are in the back sitting down with head phones. If you want “hot & ready” this isnt the location to go.

Where can I start, I had to wait literally 40 mins on a monday to get a pizza. I opened up so excited and guess what, the pizza was a mess and wrong and after eating 4 slices, like some kind of juice started coming out of the slices, just take a look of the pictures absolutely disgusting.

I made an order online for a half pepperoni half hamburger pizza on April 19th and it was made for the wrong address so I had to get a hot and ready at one that was closer to me all way in Dallas 30 min away from this location tried calling to cancel right after and continued to call the next day and 3 other days since no one answered the phone I need a refund please respond so this can be resolved

This is horrible. The lake june store I went to and purchased a deep dish pizza from these guys, had to wait 20 minutes and afterwards this is what I’m given to take home. Utterly horrible. Do better. Please. The cashier girl didn’t even tell me that they didn’t have enough ingredients to make the pizza she just gave me this. Horrible service.
