I imagine that this particular Burger King, at 5240 S Fort Apache Rd., probably won’t care about my negative review with an average score of two stars. I assume that all Burger King Restaurants in the general area don’t care, with an average score of between one and two-star ratings. However, with what I saw yesterday at this particular BK Restaurant, I urge you to note the filthy and unsanitary conditions and poor customer service from a disinterested manager.

Cashier was nice. Place was clean. Fully staffed and the young workers were having so much fun with each other that they really slowed down the fast food part. 2 people ahead of me and a 7 minute wait? When they had my food ready the kid just yelled, not called my number. When I thanked him he didn’t even reply..maybe having a bad day? Not by the way they were joking around instead of preparing my meal. I ordered cheese sticks thinking they came with a sauce, when I asked they handed me ketchup packets…maybe that one was on me. But shame on BK if they have cheese sticks and no tomato sauce.

This location declined the use of a valid coupon issued by the corporation due to the fact that it was not convenient for the cashier to enter the coupon. A worker being too lazy to move his fingers to punch in a coupon code did not make a very good representation…

I complained to BK corporate about this location over 2 years ago and hadn’t been back. I went back tonight and discovered the same manager that has zero customer service skills still works there, the employees are rude like him, food handing procedures are nonexistent, food was cold (cheese didn’t even melt on burger), rest of the food I feel was prepared the day prior. This place needs an unannounced audit by BK corporate, secret shops and the health department needs to shut them down.

I almost ordered an impossible whopper here but lost my appetite after receiving questionable service with a snarky attitude. I don’t need to eat Vegan junk. The service and bad attitude made me loose my appetite. I requested a refund. I don’t think I’ll ever eat at Burger King again. It’s trash food. Not worth it. Not good for your health. The people who work there are really questionable. I could never trust them with making my food. It’s a no for me.

I just want to start off by saying I usually never leave reviews but this place needs some feedback. I walk in to pick up my order, was a bit early so I didn’t mind the wait. What I do mind though is getting ignored by the employee for about 5 minutes. There was about 3 of them at the front just talking and laughing or aimlessly walking around right in front of me. It was not busy at all. Just a couple cars in the drive thru but that’s it. No one asked if I had a pick up or anything not even a hello. I made eye contact with a worker several times and she turned her back not doing anything all at just turned away. The least you could do is acknowledge when a customer walks in and be respectful about it. I work in a fast food place too so i know how it is sometimes. This isn’t the first time with some of these workers, I recognized a few from the last time I got ignored lol… Seems like you should work on your customer service skills a little more ma’am.Finally they asked if I had a pickup. The lady said she didn’t see my order. Not sure why you’re telling me that I’m at the right location… anyway so they finally handed me my order and I left. I’m not just leaving this review to be mean or spiteful just do better.

Hasn’t fixed their frozen drink machine for 2 months. That is plain negligent. It’s likely they didn’t want to clean it and likely that they don’t clean their other stuff. The drive-thru is extremely slow. And once you’re stuck in it you can’t get out

Sorely disappointed with Burger King lately. I have been raised on Burger King most of my life. I still crave “what was”! The quality is poor, the mass production is not “my way” and it makes me sorry I chose to try again. I hate that I regret I went there each time. I miss the mouth watering Burger King where I can have a really good burger “my way” served with pride and care and grilled to perfection.

I placed a mobile order. I planned my arrival with the open time. I pulled into the drive through and sat for 15min. The manager came out and said they were closed. I said it was after 6am. He said he wouldn’t be ready for another 15 to 30min. They kept my money and I was late for work.

I waited over 40 mins in the drive thru for a mobile order placed before arriving. The person working the drive thru couldn’t care less about customer service and should not be working a job that requires talking to people. When I finally got my order, it was incorrect.
