I rarely eat fast food but had a long day with limited time so I decided to stop by. This Bojangles absolutely wins the award for worst chicken sandwich Ive ever had. It was tough and dry no way was this fresh. I couldn’t bring myself to finish it. I got a spicy sandwich instead of a regular sandwich and a small hash brown instead of a medium. I absolutely won’t be back. Not even close to worth 10 dollars. Inside looked like it was half closed. Order was not ready when I arrived.

This is second bad experience at this location. I refrained from a complaint the first time, but this food is bad. I ordered sausage gravy and biscuit and it was put in the bag sideways and it all spilled out onto the other contents. The biscuit is so hard I could probably put a hole in the wall with it. The hashrounds appear to only have been cooked on one side, not sure how that’s possible, and to boot everything is cold. Do better.

The inside is not as clean as I expected it to be. As soon as i walked in, there wasn’t a pleasant smell. It didn’t smell like how the normal good food smelling aroma Bojangles is known for. I placed my order online at about 9:50 and it stated it would be ready by 9:55. So I waited until about 10 and my order wasn’t even started on but others walking in order was being completed. The light skin lady with red braids was super sweet and the lady in back apologized but compared to other Bojangles, I wasn’t satisfied with the 20+ minute wait then the appearance of the inside of the store. The star is only because of the service the two ladies gave me. I was uncomfortable when I walked in after waiting in my truck but I wanted to see if waiting was worth it. I didn’t have the time to wait another 10-20 minutes.

Dont place an order on the app if its within 30 minutes if close. Order was received and confirmed, and when i went to pickup, no one answered the drive-thru. Banged on the door, someone sitting in the locked dining room let me yell at ‘em. Just found out, “nah they out. Hope u can git your money back!”.

I waited at the mic for 10 mins, finally went around to a wide open window, no one was there. Blew the horn, said excuse me several times. Someone finally slowly walked up and just stood there. We asked her if they were open and she said yes, never once if I could be helped. So I said can I order here and she said yes and then took my order, the music was loud and they were VERY VERY unprofessional and I’ll never go back. Oh and they were out of honey.

They need no stars. How is this location still open I have no idea. THE WORST. You never get what you order. They take your order then you drive around to the window and they either tell you they don’t have what you ordered or put whatever they feel like in your bag. Chicken is old and the rice is spoiled and smelly. The attitude is even nastier. Go to McDonalds or something. Just not Bojangles Palmetto. Zero stars.
