The mistake I made was not checking my Pizza Order during the in-store pick up, thus only upon arrival at home I noticed that the Order was inaccurate. Human error does occur, that’s natural, but it shouldn’t be up to the customer to verify accuracy. Furthermore, I would expect a compensation for having to return the wrong Pizza back to the store, per their employee’s request, so as to get my correct Order, of course with hassle, wasted time and Gas!

No greeting when I entered, just picking up an order. I gave better cx than I got. I ordered xtra ham/sauce, same portion just I paid more for no reason. When I tried to inquire Jonathan just said yea and took an order outside. I had to ask the guy who just came in for my receipt. My order was ready on time. Great cx service is what matters. If I gave the same energy I was give Id be consider a rude or hostle cx….If Jonathan is the manger he should set a better example for his staff.

Never had had any issues with placing orders with this store until today. I placed an order and was willingly happy to pay extra for some extra pineapple toppings on my pizza, only to receive a pizza with hardly any pineapple on it.

Tyipcally this place has good pizza. But this time, it was presented to me like a 2 year old made it. My pasta bowl barely had any pasta..i opened it and saw the bottom of the bowl!!! It was like 6 bites!! I guess $1. per bite?! Smh…lol..and the pizza we ordered was suppose to have extra cheese, but half of it didn’t have any!! Lol…idk if it was opposite say today or what! But I didn’t get the memo!!

This place has improved drastically. They finally have an amazing staff that take great care of the facility (it’s much cleaner and they know how to use hood sanitary practices), the food is better and the customer service is phenomenal. Never had any issues with them but today, unfortunately I found a clump of eggs on my the pepperoni pizza . It stood out and and thought it looked unusual. So I grabbed it and sure enough, it was fly eggs or some kind of bugs eggs. Very disgusting.
