When I go to sushi, I normally order the Dynamite roll and Heart Attack Roll because I don’t eat raw fish, and they are always ok. Mostly I usually go to sushi for the social aspect and Saki. But here at Sakana these rolls are so fresh I can taste EACH ingredient and they are transcendent. TRANSCENDENT!!!! So I asked the waitress. She said the said a Japanese Master Chef went to Mexico, took three apprenticeships with the intention of keeping one. Well guess what?! This was the guy! Nay! THE MAN!!! How we got him here in Atascadero, I don’t know. But he is an asset. Thank you Sakana. 🙂
