We had placed an order for Samosa for a party and when I opened the packet at home, I found extremely oily and almost fully burnt samosas. It was too late for us to go back and buy another batch. They even forgot to give green chutney which is like a standard condiment with Indian snacks.

We have been ordering from Ruchi from a long time, especially their Paneer 65 Biryani family pack. We have been extremely disappointed with last two deliveries. We first thought it was one off time that they delivered sub standard but it happened again today. The family pack Biryani today was sour and we had to throw it away. I also called and gave the feedback and I was thanked for it vs an apology. in the previous instance, the paneer was stretchy and hard. I may think twice before ordering the next time!

We had a dine-in with 8 people (3 kids included). The food was so delicious even kids enjoyed their food. Every item we ordered was delicious including the dessert. The food prices were also marginal with an average cost for person ranging for $14-17. We learnt a new chef has joined the restaurant and his cooking skills were amazing. I would recommend everyone to try here.
