Let’s face it, nobody wants to get up and go to work. Especially on a Saturday. But today I went to somewhere different for my morning food run. From the person taking my payment to the one who handed me my food ,it was a excellent experience. Unlike most other places , whose employees act like they don’t want to be there. Everyone had a smile on their face and my coffee and biscuits were excellent. Kudos to the manager for having such a great staff. It clearly reflects on them that she makes it a nice place to work. Thanks dunkin you made my day.

Very slow at any hour. 1st time we went it was 11am and it took 10 mins and there was only one car in front of us. 2nd time was 930am and took over 40 mins to get through the drive thru. Would have gone in but parking is so limited that it wasn’t an option. Would rather take the extra 10 mins to drive to another store.

My son went into this place by himself and ordered food. He inquired about his hashbwowns 4 separate times after 10 mins he was never given what he paid for. I went in the following day, and the manager had the nerve to insult me and said that my son who is 12 year old, and a genius IQ shouldn’t come into Dunkin’ Donuts by himself. She didn’t like the fact that I asked her if they aren’t here to help customers what are they there for? At that point she told me I was attacking her staff. Terrible customer interaction. I have reached out to both the owner and her manager. When I advised that wouldn’t be bringing my business back, she stated that that was fine and it wasn’t needed. Guess that’s going to include my Mom’s and my Mother-in-law and both of my sisters families that live here as well. I’ll be sure to let all the parents know for their kids to steer clear. That will include all of the families I post this to on Instagram for our nonprofit locally.

This location not only doesn’t have PUP cups they only put one piece of bacon on my sandwich I love Dunkin and frequent the one in Conway on 501 and the one in market common and this has never been an issue…
