So today 7/5 I went inside and ordered a 8pc nugget combo, headed home I’m biting into my nugget which one had a rubber like texture, I’m thinking “okay maybe this isn’t all white meat”. I just set that nugget aside. I bite into another and it’s the same thing. So the 3rd nugget I decided to actually pinch it open and it was raw! I called the store, spoke with the store manager and she told me that she could replace my food but couldn’t refund me because I didn’t have the receipt.. I literally left like 15 mins ago.. surely she could have retrieved a copy from the register because again the front counter was not busy. I asked for corporate’s number, she says “we don’t have a corporate”, I ask who is the area leader, again “we don’t have one, I’m the store manager” :/ Not ONCE did she even apologize for the inconvenience.

Friendly staff but had to wait 5 minutes before anyone came to the register. 11:45 am and the restaurant empty. I now know why. Chicken strips tough and cool. Potatoes barely warm. Honey packets were sticky. Restaurant tables and floor were filthy. Ladies restroom missing toilet paper in both stalls. Smashed roaches on floor. Will not be returning.

I went through the drive through on my way home from work. When I got home to eat they had given me all original when i asked for crispy. Which is SOGGY. All the biscuits were as hard as rockd. The honey packets were all stuck together from having busted open honey on them. So 40$ later…………

Are used to take my kids here every week and they loved it because the manager ran the store so well. She quit sometime last year. The store has just completely gone to hell. You can stand at the front counter and wait five minutes before someone says anything to you and they’re even more rude in the drive-through. Not to mention the food is not fresh at all. We’re done with this place!
