Just wow! First time going here and the food was delicious. The chicken fingers were cooked to perfection and my beef with broccoli was robust with flavor. Went in around 7 PM when the phones would not stop ringing and the place was clean, especially the kitchen. Their food was vibrant with color and I will definitely be trying other dishes from them.

Reading through the previous reviews I must say sounds like we ate at two different places ( sarcasm) food was really delicious. The crab Rangoon stuffing wasn’t the best but everything else wasnt the best I ever had but food was really good.

Price and food quality is good but definitely can’t eat there. While the table and chairs look nice to sit at the floors and bathroom door is all cracked and place has flies flying around especially by the window.

First time since the new owners. All food was fresh and very good. Hot and sour soup was just how I like it, which is rare these days. The crab Rangoons were excellent. My shrimp with Chinese vegetables also very good. The shrimp was a fair size, another rarity these days and a decent amount for the size of the dish. Prices are also very reasonable. We will be ordering from here again.

I’m a hospice RN and I work many long days in a row. When my boyfriend asks “what would you like for dinner?” I jump at the opportunity to relax and not cook….I love Chinese food and it’s always my go to. Whoever we spoke to on the phone was SO rude!! We tried asking if we could substitute chicken fingers for the shrimp (something that makes the both of us break out in hives) but before we could even finish our sentence the man on the other end yelled “NO” gave us our total and then hung up the phone. Wow customer service huh!?! There’s no need to be rude, if the request was THAT big of an inconvenience then say so and we would understand. There are so many other places to order from without the rudeness. We will be taking our business elsewhere. SO sorry for the inconvenience…..I forgot we were paying customers…..

Last night I ordered at 6:30 and got crab rangoons and beef noodles for delivery. The delivery was to a single family house and they called saying they tried delivering but no one answered. We were right next to the door waiting, they never came. An hour and half later we got our food. They did not apologize or anything. I was upset about the situation and they did not seem to care. Will get takeout from the millions of other options in the city because that is unacceptable to not even care that they made us wait forever.

Rude on phone. No customer service skills. I asked for extra chicken in a dish and they ask me how much extra chicken I wanted. They over fry apps quite frequently and are quite stingy with duck sauce. Anything else? We stopped going and now use cheoy lees in Leicester. Really nice on the phone and take care of their customers at Cheoy Lees
