Delicious post hike-day food! We showed up 10 minutes before close but the staff were friendly and willing to make us something before they called it a day. We split a few burritos (The Carlos & the Picadillo) and some fries. Very tasty combo and highly recommended from a satisfied customer! Also the sleepy pup was a bonus.

Our family found this food truck on the side of the road after coming back from a hike. Everyone (8 of us) loved whatever they ordered. The service was quick and so friendly. We will come again.

There aren’t many options for eating out in Boulder and we were so happy to discover this little gem outside the museum. The menu and ingredient combos are really unique and everything tasted so fresh. I had the Red Dirt Girl Sandwich (so good!) and tried my friend’s Highway Man Burrito. Both were great and the goat cheese on the sandwich was particularly delish. They have a few tables to sit down and enjoy your meal. It was the perfect stop on our way to hit the slot canyons and trails nearby.

The Place to Eat in Boulder. Wow, where to start… everything is incredible. The parklike setting. The service. The owner’s dog Frank. But, most importantly, the food is incredible. We had the Cubano sandwich and the kimchee hotdog. Everything tasted like it was locally sourced and homemade, except for perhaps the bread. Others near us had gourmet tacos, which we will certainly try next time!

Would recommend the fries for sure. Amazing! Tacos were just okay to me, but would still recommend this place. Met the owners dog, Frank, who was the sweetest bot. Great stop for hearty food after hiking the Lower Calf Creek!
