I used the app to make an order. We’ve never used this store before. The app stated that the meal I’d ordered would be 23.99. So I paid and then was notified by my card company that the total I’d been charged was 46.00. I called the location and was told that they don’t actually do the deals that the app offers. I then had to cancel my order because there’s no way 2 medium pizzas, an order of breadsticks, and a 2 liter of soda should be that expensive. I’ve learned my lesson and we won’t be back.

My wife and I went in last night to Grab dinner at this location. I was so impressed with the pizza and wings we ordered. Honestly this was some of the best pizza I’ve eaten in years. so i was having a great day i was loving life and decided to ask my mom if she wanted pizza and she said yes let’s go honey! and we got there really happily and then we ordered a large pepperoni and a small breadstick and when we got home with are food it was a pepperoni pizza with no souce and there was about 5 pepperonis and it had olives witch i’m deadly allergic too and we couldn’t eat and the bread sticks was hard as a rock and was burnt brown and i called and told a person working there and they said there is nothing they can do and wouldn’t give me a refund i will be contacting the police ab this

No show on a pizza delivery. Then told to call manager in two days if I wasn’t happy. I sat there for over two hours on a Monday night waiting. I called she swore she delivered it. Wrong apartment probably. Learn to use your gps

Ordered online. Upon showing up lobby was locked. Called to let them know I was in a truck with 30′ trailer. They said I had to walk around to drive thru. Picked up my order after paying $11.99 charge. Walked to truck. Started driving away when I noticed they put onions on pizza. Did not order onions. Called and told them what they did she said new pizza would be $13.99. Seriously the audacity to charge for your screwup. Said NO you are replacing your mistake. She argued with me and finally said take it and you are not welcome back here again. Really? Not sure I want to go back again to inconsiderate worker who is on a power trip.

Do not recommend ordering from this facility. They messed up pizza and when I called minutes later and said I was bringing it back for replacement they told me I had to pay for it. New price wa $2.00 more than original. Are you serious? What type of stupidity is this?

I’ve been going to the Pizza hut in Albany for years, but lately they are really declining in their service. Sidney who says she is a manager was not only rude to me but also an employee, that by the sounds of it just started there. Very rude! Very unprofessional!!! Is this the kind of people you hire? I will find another pizza place to eat!! This is ridiculous. I tried to call tonight to voice my complaint and they answered the phone to say they are closed then hung up, who does that?
