Horrible horrible asked for sweet tea got plan iced coffee wanted a a chocolate frosted donut and got a chocolate donut instead and on top.of it with very little people there and more then two people on staff you would think they would have toilet tissue in there bath rooms, I manage two stores where we sell gas and cooked food and I would never have an establishment like this, no excuse when it’s dead.

Honestly, it’s the worst dunkin’ donuts I have ever been to. The croissant I ordered felt like it had been dunked in water before being handed to me. It was incredibly disgusting and covered in grease even though I didn’t order anything greasy. Even the iced caramel coffee that I ordered at almost every dunkin’ donut wasn’t even edible it was so bad.

Get a new manager!!! Rude as can be. She was very nasty right away on the speaker, then slammed the sliding window whenever I told her I asked for a mixture of munchkins, not all glazed. Extremely unpleasant and completely uncalled for.

The food was fine honestly, it was the team that was working. They were more interested in yelling at each other than getting our order. They gave us the wrong refresher, and pulled us forward to get our food that they literally walked out to us a half a second later.

Went through the drive-thru around 9am. The coffee I normally love, was so bitter, I could not even drink it. The donut I purchased was stale and I ended up only eating half before I discarded the rest. I was disappointed, to say the least. I love me some Dunkin, but I will not be returning to the location. Busy enough for fresh coffee and donuts. Why stale this early in the day. Associate at the window left a lot to be desired. I think the are use to complaints. Would not recommend this Dunkin to anyone!!!!

Worst customer service ever.. these people are clearly incompetent. A 5 year old could do better. They are rude, messed up my order twice and never apologized. They clearly do not want to work. I highly recommend this establishment hiring new workers. These people will have this place going under fast !

Let’s just say I’ve been coming here since it opened because I live 2 minutes away. I don’t think this Dunkin’ could be any worse. I think in 200 visits I’ve had 1 maybe 2 flawless experiences. Just awful.
