I ordered a chicken crunch wrap. This is what came in the bag….never coming to this location again! Trash. If u want to be dissatisfied and disappointed every time then go have fun! Like I’ve never seen a crunchwrap like that before top was open. Extra crispy and hard.:/

I have been to this new location several times now and every time has been a disappointment. The food is always either missing ingredients or has such a small amount of certain ingredients that you can’t even tell they are there. The last time I went I ordered a black bean crunch wrap and the inside basically only had lettuce and tomato. There’s also always a long wait at the drive thru even though there’s never any other cars there. I’ve never been to such a poorly run Taco Bell in my life.

This Taco Bell is a joke. Do not go here unless you feel like waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru line with only one car in front of you. They only had one worker and she was rude as well. They put chipotle sauce in the quesadillas instead of the creamy jalapeño sauce and give you soggy cold food courtesy of the 30 minute wait. This place really out did themselves with the terrible food and service

This is a culmination of about 3 visits to this place. I don’t know what the problem is at this location, but this is not only the worst Taco Bell that I’ve ever been to, but the worst fast food restaurant as well. Our order is always done via the app, and everytime we arrive, it takes 15 to 25 minutes for them to get it to us.

Food is fine, it’s Taco Bell. Drive through is extremely slow, ordered 4 items and waited 20 min. The Taco Bell down the road in Huntington Station turns around the same order in a manner of minutes. I know this is a new location but I’ve had the same slow drive through experience 3 times now.

They just hit strike 3 for me. Strike one was when I had a weirdo on the prompter late at night. Like off her meds weird. Strike 2 was when the cashier gave me a big attitude over asking for a receipt. (Which I should’ve been given by default)

This is a Kiosk ordering location when you dine in. During my multiple visits, the kiosks have worked poorly, and on one occasion not at all. They have missed my order more than once and the staff is not very engaged. Food is good but it’s Taco Bell and it’s got to be hard to mess up making the food. Hope they get it together.

Went at 12:50am. It was open. Nobody came to drive through windows. Went around twice. Looked inside, all lights on. Steam coming out of cookers. So was definitely open but could t see anybody.
