However, the past several times I’ve went to pick up my order, the customer service has been absolutely horrible and the pizza hasn’t been all that great either. We ordered online, thought we had ordered Pizza and Wings. The delivery arrived on time, but no pizza. Turns out we screwed up when ordering on the website, and did not actually order the pizza. We then immediately order the pizza on the website. I kid you not, within 15 minutes, we had the pizza at our door. This location rocks. Thank you, to the team for making that happen.

Pizza was left outside my doorstep and pizza was cold the person on phone said he can have another pizza delivered to me or 50% off my next order. he seemed to be upset at me like it was my fault. Then he said he will refund my money and hung up on me. Please do don’t order from this place. Bad customer service and food was delivered like cold and looks like they dropped it.

Wrong order!!! I don’t get one of my 3 pizzas as I ordered. I make my own pizzas because I like to add more toppings and I pay extra for the pizza they lost I ask for a stuff crust with 2 tipes of bacon, jalapeños and pineapple. I revive a sausage pizza with a normal crust!! This is not for why I pay for. What’s the point of ordering extra toppings if they will just give me whatever the want. This is the 2nd time that this happens. The first time I stop buying this pizzas for almost a year. I thought they were better now but I see is the same problem.

This location manages to forget something that I paid for every single time I place an order and getting them to correct their mistake is like pulling teeth. They always refuse to simply refund the items and insist on dropping them back off which can take anywhere from 3 – 5 hours to receive the missing items (after multiple calls to the location to see where they are.) I don’t need a two liter of soda or the additional sauce packets I paid for waiting on my porch before I go to work the next morning, I want them brought with my dinner after working 85 hours over a 7 day week. Most recently they didn’t just forget the additional sauces that I paid for, they also forgot the sauces that came WITH the items that I ordered.
