The best pizza ever, I’m super picky and only like white sauce. However, the staff is always supper friendly and accommodating, and my order is always made to perfection, it’s about a 30 min drive for me, but I don’t mind because the pizza is amazing and the staff is welcoming. My daughter loves the claw machines and has to win something everytime. Keep up the good work!

Health department should pay them a visit. Cashier handling cash, touching her face, answering phone and then preparing food without washing her hands. In fact, nobody there was washing their hands.

Every pizza for lunch had raw dough. Kids were complaining, other patrons complained, guy would not get off phone while making the pizzas, and sanitation was the last thing on his mind. This place is so run down compared to it’s former glory.

I was unfortunately “that guy” tonight. You know, the one who calls in an order 20 minutes before they’re supposed to close. Yep. But shameful as it is admitting that, I was treated like anything but that. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I could tell they were exhausted and ready to go home. But they took my order, and when I showed up to get it they greeted me with smiles, my correct order, and a hot pizza fresh out of the oven. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. I didn’t see a speck of dirt on either table or the floor for that matter. The counters were all wiped down. Coolers that I could see or stock neatly and full of products. The menus were readily available and legible. And I felt like a customer all the way out the door. These guys really did do a good job, even though I’m not sure they had to or should have. Thank you Pizza factory. I will be a repeat customer that’s for sure.
