Ordered delivery from Uber Eats today, found out after that they charge for any and all vegetables added to simple lunch items, then charge an additional fee for protein. On top of that their Buy One get one does not include those items so you really end up paying full boat for a promotional offer.

This is my first time trying out Freshii. The food is fresh, good portion size with great preparation and presentation. I was disappointed about the brown rice not being available, but I replaced it with quinoa.

The lady working the register might need a refresher on working in customer service. Soon as I walked in she asked me “can I help you with something” without giving me a moment to look at the menu, I did sense a bit of an attitude. I asked about the special of the day in which she told me it was online only so I told her I’d place the order online. Soon as I placed the order, she received the ticket and told her that was my order. She had the other gentleman work on preparing my order. Once the order was ready, I seen her placing food in a bag but I didn’t really pay much attention to it cause surely if it were my order she would tell me cause I literally told her I placed the order online. So she finished packing the food and disappeared off to the back. After waiting for almost 15 minutes I started to grow a little impatient and approached the register and that’s when the gentleman from the back came and asked if I needed help and I told him I placed an order, he grabbed the bag that the lady packaged and low and behold it was in fact my order! So that lady intentionally left my food my there and didn’t let me know it was ready. This was my first time going to this restaurant and I definitely will NOT be back!

This was my first time at Freshii. We got southwest bbq and Mediterranean bowl. Both were super delicious and very fresh. We also tried their Elixir Immune shot which was amazing. Andreas was really helpful and kind. This will be our favourite go to place for a quick bite.

We had a superb experience at Freshii at Marketplace Dr. Phillips today. I strongly recommend this venue for a healthy and incredibly fresh ingredients and an explosion of flavours. Try the Teriyaki Bowl Salad with Tofu. It’s amazing!!! Plus, the Butternut Squash Soup and the Tropical Mango Smoothie. We’ll definitely come back!! This is my favorite place to go to for a loaded green bowl They have vegan options which is great and a big plus for me! Favorite smoothie: Recoverii (without honey), and favorite bowl: Oaxaca with bbq sauce instead of the yogurt one Staff is friendly as well. Recommended !!
