Cook / Manager did was hands after touching cash register. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because last week the driver came in from delivery did not wash his hands and cut the pizza and reached into pepperoncini peppers peppers and put them in my box without washing his hands so if your not here to watch do not don’t eat the peppers.

If I could leave zero stars I would ! Nothing was fresh everything was sloppy as if they just threw it all in the box. The pizza was cold and stale . The bites and wings looked and taste as if they were just sitting there for a while then reheated. I spent hard earned money just to receive trash and poor service. 30 something bucks down the drain. I couldn’t even get a refund or fresh remake.. Such a disappointment. Highly recommend the dominoes over this place and I’m not a high dominoes fan at all.

I used to be big on Papa until I started having issues with my orders. There have been numerous times where I have been dissatisfied with how the food was prepared. When I request pies to be well done through online ordering… they send it out with burnt crust. When I request regular bake…the ingredients(especially meat) is not thoroughly done. Sometimes I may get a remake and even then it’s not much better than before. So I feel at this point I can no longer invest my hard earned money on such foolishness. Pies are meant to be tasteful, pleasing to the eye and satisfying to the gut and you would think that’s the case considering the prices along with taxes/delivery and tips involved!! So it’s a NO for me!

So I ordered on the app 8:22pm, After 2 hrs I call and the guy tells me a DoorDash guy picked up my order. He had no drivers. They didn’t think to call or text me that. Then they offered to remake the order and send again without a timeline. I said if there’s no guarantee I’m not going to keep feeding DoorDash employees that don’t call or text. So now I have to wait 5-10 business days for a refund. Terrible! Left my whole team hungry and upset. Besides the refund they should take ownership of this situation by offering to do the order complementary for my team!
