Had reservations for large party. They were ready for us and we were in and out within an hour. THEY didn’t rush us we couldn’t have stayed and chatted but we were done. The chef made it fun for our party actually both of them cause we had 2 tables. They were professional and respectfully. They added gratuity which is expected but only at like 16% not 18 or 20 like a lot of places. Food was good and decent portions for the prices especially nowadays.

Food was very good. We had a large group, and my only complaint was that they said they wouldn’t seat us until everyone was present unless we gave them the missing person’s order beforehand. We did, but it ended up not mattering because they still had their order taken with everyone else at the table after they arrived. I understand that’s policy but if you’re so understaffed that we can’t get our order taken for longer than it takes them to get there what is the point?

Hostesses we’re kind and understanding, and explained the menu to us whenever we asked a question. Very knowledgeable. Bartender was very attentive and servers were outgoing and bright. Hostess with bangs helped me with a future reservation and made the rules clear and simple to follow. Can’t remember her whole name but I’m sure it started with a b.

Very impressed with the taste and freshness of my dinner. I ordered the sushi bar special that consists of 2 chef rolls, miso soup, and l side salad. I went on a busy Saturday night so it took about 30min for the food to be ready. There were lots of people waiting to be seated. I got the happy roll and the sunset roll (substituted the eel for more salmon). Both were delicious and I liked the way they made them. The avocado was extremely fresh in the sushi. Even the side salad had very fresh pieces of lettuce. Really enjoyed this takeout dinner. Came out to about $19.
