This was my first time trying Grand Slam Pizza. Their ingredients are really good and I had their Going Yard Vege and Dirty Bird (Buffalo chicken) sandwich! I highly recommend if you want to try a high quality pizza in Vista! The sizes are quite big too. I got a medium!

We ordered over the phone then went there 15 minutes later. Counter guy said 7 more minutes. If they did call our name, we could not hear it over the chaos around the counter. We had to ask for it and they found it on top of the oven keeping it warm. The pizza was OK, but I prefer that the cheese is on top of the toppings. Mushrooms and onions on top of cheese are dry clumps. Mushrooms and onions under cheese are moist and tasty.

I love this place takes me back to the old school pizza places where we would have our team parties, arcade is awesome! I love the crunch from the pizza they have a family environment sometimes they argue but it’s all love. Beer selection is great love the way the rotate the taps and the owner one word is described him “awesome”
