We ate here after our home flooded last week. We had people over helping us remove everything from our home. I went up here to grab food for everyone. I have NEVER seen such horrible customer service or been treated so poorly. I understand it was 9 pm but you’re open until 10. My family was in the middle of a crisis and to be treated as if we are being an inconvenience to them by ordering food is absolutely unacceptable. I will never give my money to this business again. Do better for people and your community.

I almost feel bad giving a 1 star review on a locally owned “franchisee” establishment in Cedar City I was born and raised here, But the service from the owner Mrs. Stooker (I believe that’s her name) she was down right disrespectful and not professional. She was screaming at me and insisting I was wrong. She called me a punk kid! Excuse me I’m a grown man 27 years old to be honest! Please don’t treat me like a child 1st even if I was a punk kid still own up to your mistake, make it right and apologize!

I spent $29 here for three meals. Not too impressed with the 1/4 lb angus number 8 combo. It was just slapped together although the sweet potato fries are pretty good from what my friends said. They forgot the lettuce on my wife’s chicken sandwich but did get the tomato even though I asked for it. They got my order wrong thankfully because the lettuce on the chicken sandwich I did not order was wilted. I called the manager she was polite and though I had to go back to the store to get the order replaced the second order was correct, but the again the burger was cold. I recommend sticking to the fried foods here even though I can’t eat them, it seems to be all that they do correctly and safely.

The quality of the food ar Arctic circle has really gone downhill recently. I had the halibut sandwich, it was over cooked and dry. Thus was not my experience in the past. The only thing that was as good as in the past was the Yukon gold fries. The service was still good.

The ice cream is really good but the food is not up to par with other chains. The burgers are little and dry and cost way too much for what you get. My husband bought 2 burgers ala carte for over $10 and couldn’t eat the second because “they were nasty”. This isn’t the first time, I never eat here anymore because of it.

One of the many burger places in Cedar City Utah. The place was average and the food was below par. The hamburger was dry and flavorless. Definitely not a place I will repeat and my least favorite burger place in Cedar City. Their saving grace is their desserts.

I was the first order at opening but yet the buns were smashed and dry, the fries weren’t cooked, and the patties were cold. I called and spoke with the “manager” and she informed me that she knows for a FACT the fries were hot and crispy (clearly you can see they are not) she refused to refund me but did say if I brought ALL the food back (we had 2 corn dogs and 2 ice cream cones) which I explained my children had already eaten them and she told me “sorry, unless you bring it all back there’s nothing I can do for you”

After a full day of skiing, I was starving for food. Came here, was not disappointed. Got the shrimp basket and fries. Shrimp were big, plump, juicy and delicious. Fries were perfectly salted and crispy. After eating all that, I ordered a chocolate shake. I’m in love with this place. That was the most real shake I’ve had in a very long time. I can’t wait to come back tomorrow to try something else
