This used to be my go to spot but they have gone horribly downhill. We walked in today after making an online order to find that the store was open but the lights were off and donuts weren’t out on the racks and nobody was answering. I have had the employees hid in the back room when there are issues they don’t want to deal with at this location. Also pretty annoying that the system took my money no problem when the store was clearly not ready to do business. I won’t be going back to this location.

This is literally the BEST dunks. The girl and guy who work here in the morning are amazing and so are the afternoon people. Seriously the ONLY dunks that gets my food right EVERY time, and they’re always quick (despite often having to work short staffed during the middle school rush)

Just about the worst Dunks that’s in the area. The weekday morning crew is ok except for The old lady. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. The weekend morning crew shouldn’t be working anywhere. The coffee is always wrong and the food is just horrible. It’s like they barely cook it and the always just mash everything together when they put it in the bag . Not to mention we put an online order in early in the am . Went there 15 minutes after order was put in . Got there and there are no customers in the store and our order was not complete . The girl behind the counter was just playing on her phone doing nothing and the big dude was just sitting in the back room doing absolutely nothing. If I was the owner of this location I would fire every single employee and start over .

I just hate leaving bad ratings. They always have my food and stuff ready on time, but for some reason there are lattes always taste like Ash and water. No oily espresso e nutty flavors. Just like something burnt mixed with water. I’m not sure why though. Other places are not the same

This is the worst Dunks I’ve ever been to. They never get anything right. Very understaffed. There’s one guy behind the counter, could be a manager?, that walks around looking half asleep and hates his life. I asked for a Bagel toasted very dark with veggie cream cheese and he gives me a barely toasted bagel with regular cream cheese. Sick. Just don’t even waste your time.

Real clean store with friendly workers. Coffee was loaded with sugar: talked to manager he made it right and gave me a free donut for the mix up . I love this store.
