I’m not usually the type to leave a review but I definitely have to in this situation. The lack of communication within your delivery services should not be a customer ‘s concern but your own. My food was left at my door with no doorbell ring or a call or anything when my phone number is clearly stated on the receipt. When I called the store, the manager wasn’t willing to help at all and just asked “is anything wrong with your order itself?” And honestly that’s insensitive when I’m bringing up a different issue.

Absolutely horrible customer service by the female manager on duty. Placed an order for delivery and it’s been over an hour and half and the food still hasn’t arrived. When calling to inquire why it has taken so long I got nothing but attitude and excuses from her! Unacceptable coming from a manager. We won’t be ordering again especially after this experience and the price $60 including a tip for 4 sandwiches is absolutely ridiculous!!

I worked at several Jimmy John’s when I was younger, so I’m pretty picky about JJ’s and don’t go often. I wanted a quick lunch and picked up an order around 11:30 today. There are two keys to a good JJ sandwich: Good bread and an even spread of ingredients to get a little of everything in each bite. Bread was perfect. Height, width, coloring, fluffiness, all perfect. The spread of ingredients was also top notch. I got a little bit of everything in every bite, and it all stayed contained in the sandwich. Additionally, service picking it up was stellar. This was the best Jimmy John’s experience I’ve had in years. Kudos to the staff! I will be making the longer trip to this location for any future orders.

I ordered 3 sandwiches from there and a pickle which was bitten into. My sandwich came perfect. The other 2 however, they seemed to have forgotten to add the ingredients being it came only with the meat and nothing else. They forgot my chips and 1 pickle. The first pickle came where someone had obviously taken a bite out of it. When I called to complain they were going to bring the remaining things back out right away and nobody came. I sent a letter to corporate with a picture of the pickle and got a $10 gift card. No explanation. No apologies. Nothing. I have told and will continue to tell everyone I know not to go to this jimmy johns

Good Jimmy John’s. Often seems understaffed in comparison to their order volume, however quality and service are good. Average online order pickup ready time is around 30 minutes. As well, I’ve gotten delivery from this location before and they were here within 30 minutes as well! As long as you aren’t in a big rush, this place is pretty good!

Maybe stop taking orders if there’s only one driver. One sandwich takes over an hour to get. Their drivers will place an order right in front of the door so everything spills once said door is opened.

The food was great, I don’t eat Jimmy Johns too often but it always hits the spot. Nate the manager has been there every time we stop at this location and he, along with the rest of the staff are the best. They always make our day when we are there. Keep it up!
