This place has improved. It’s a lot cleaner than it used to be. It was completely dead for a Saturday. Which is surprising. Food was dry salty. But the playground area was decent. The restroom in the play area doesn’t lock. But overall, it was a good place for the kids to play while staying cool. AZ is too hot.

Wanted to use restroom to wash my hands. Needed code to use. Ask young lady. Said with an attitude ” who’s gonna use it” I had my 2 grandkids with me. They looked at me with wide eyes. I am, I said loudly. She looked me up and down with duck lips. This rachet girl tells me the code as she turns away from me. I had to ask her to repeat herself. Code didn’t work so my grandson had to yell for the code. If u r going to use unfriendly young girls,leave them in the back. The playground area had no a/c for 5 minutes. I made my order to go and all the hamburgers I asked for plain,only one had to have only lettuce,I got home nad what a surprise: the bun is burnt and the hamburger had mayonnaise and lettuce,I had to go back,really bad service: I showed them my receipt and the burn hamburger, Not an apology received, they only turned around ( Leila Ma and another girl,I think the manager) and told kitchen to make the hamburger again.Leila told them in a playful tone to make the again but not to burn the bread ( Leila and the 2 cookers laughing, and began to joke with insults,what a professionalism)the person I think is a manager stopped them, they make the two more time and they made it wrong but at that same time the 2 cookers were upset but if they didn’t play and take their job seriously this wouldn’t happen, check the cameras, April 12 at 1:30 pm, inside the restaurant: the person I think is the manager: she apologized at the end. Horrible experience. Customer service socks. Very sarcastic and condescending like people are supposed to know everything on the menu by heart. Also makes you wait at front counter forever til then fund the time to wait on you.

There was a spill ,look like milk shake or ice cream i call it to the person behind the counters attention, that it was a safety issue she looked straight at me and ignored what i told ,bad attitude, unprofessional place was empty and filthy.

The manager needs to be fired. I do not understand how you can have full staff team so rude. Every single person just look dirty, just throw your food at you and walk away. I would recommend any where else but here. I have attempted different times, days. Dinning in and drive thru all are horrible service. Never will try again at this location.
