I have been to Waffle King many times over the years. I wouldn’t say I’ve ever had bad service but todays waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive to my boyfriend and I. Brandy was very polite and readily available. She greeted us with a smile as soon as we entered and already had took our drink orders by the time we had sat down. She is very good at her job and seems to truly enjoy what she is doing. I don’t normally leave reviews of any kind but she definitely deserves the recognition!! Thank you Brandy for a wonderful experience in our small town! ☺️

It was basically a dirty waffle house. The team were not unfriendly, but were busy chatting with each other and family/friends of employees who were hanging around. The food was passable at best. The restaurant could use a good cleaning. The pricing is right and I would come again if on a tight budget. You get what you pay for.

I feel a responsibility to tell others to use caution when eating here. Me and my husband ate there last night and we’ve both woken up sick with horrible diarrhea (my husband never gets sick) My food was great but I ordered eggs over easy (fried on both sides) and they came only fried on one side. Waitress was EXCELLENT!! But the place does look unsanitary. Makes me wonder if that’s how we’ve gotten sick if they’re not cleaning properly and having cross contamination.

I love Waffle King, my husband and I ate there frequently. On my way home from the Cemetary on Memorial Day I decided to order some onion rings and a hamburger to pick up on the way. I got home and the food was fresh, the onion rings perfect. But. I ordered a hamburger, no cheese(I’m allergic) no pickles and no lettuce. I got a cheeseburger with everything. I tossed the items I didn’t ask for but it was impossible to scrape the melted cheese off the burger. So I threw it in the garbage and had onion rings for supper. It cost $9 for that meal that was basically an order of onion rings. I don’t know that I’ll be back. I tried to call them but no one answered.

Excellent service! Never had to ask the waitress to refill my cup. The food was excellent. Ordered the 3 eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, grits, toast, coffee and a Belgian waffle. Came with butter and jelly. Great service, good cook, good food, clean silverware and table. Restroom was clean and soap dispenser worked.

Drove up to check this place out. I had never heard of them. Walked in and thought I was in a waffle house. We seated ourselves and sat 15 minutes. No one acknowledged we were there even tho they walked by many times..the place was only half full. Finally got up and left. Will not be back.

Nov-2019. First time here. A two-sided menu with Breakfast on one side and Lunch/Dinner on the other. Good, fresh coffee! The grilled chicken and baked potato was pretty good. UPDATED REVIEW.
