I made a last minute call on a Friday to double check they received a feed order i had placed 2 days still prior and whether it was still scheduled to be delivered. Anyway, 3 people all from different departments did what it took to get me and my pigs taken care of before the start of the weekend. This was the office in Ocheyedan, but I’ve experienced the same great customer service from Germantown feed mill as well. CFE has an all around great team of people that anyone would be pleased to do business with.
