Went for the first time today and right off the bat we were greeted with awesome customer service! Very clean and modern place. I love how all toppings are unlimited with no extra charge. The gluten free crust was really good and our pie turned out delicious! Altogether a really great experience.

Love the people behind the business, and the pizza is very good. Thin crispy crust with any and all toppings you want for one price…and fast. Do I still go to other places for gourmet pizza? Of course. Do I go to Pieology anytime I’m in the area and want pizza for lunch? Every time. I don’t think its intent is to replace the family run pizzeria doing great pies. Its intent is to give you a good solid fast casual lunch or dinner alternative to bad food run by bad companies.

Sorry. Now shut down. Have a real personal pizza. So many choices from wheat to gluten free dough, different sauces, meats, veggies, butters to olive oil. If you want you can start with a standard menu selection and then add or subtract anything they have. I typically only eat about half and save the rest for later. Reasonable price 9-10 dollars. Thin crust. Only reason not a 5 star is it is not the best reheated later (but I still take care of it lol).
