I love the Mexican Pizza! No matter what Taco Bell I go to I order that menu item and this location (Cherry Tree) is the only one that screws it up. It seems to me in my opinion that the MP’s are made with more bean spread and less meat then other locations. (My opinion) Then when I get home with my order the pizza is soggy from all the “sauce” they slop” on the top before they put the cheese on the top. I do not encounter this problem with any other location. The (soft) Taco Supreme are fantactic as is the Buritto Supreme. I don’t have any problems with any of the other items that I order, just my much loved Mexican Pizza.

TERRIBLE!!!! Tonight was my second attempt at this location and although I’m a fairly patient person, I was in the drive thru for a little over a half an hour. I had a horrible feeling about my order being correct and my assumption was accurate. The amount of items was correct but none of them were what I ordered. They couldn’t even get the taco sauce right. I wanted hot but ended up with mild.

I personally had a pleasant experience overall, but im positive the employees are not having the same experience. The manager was rude, and spoke with a tone that does not provoke good attitudes, sympathy, productivity, or happiness in a work environment. For only being in the store for 20 minutes, I’d recommend you take a hard look at their performance and store turnover.
