I have never been a Burger King fan… but recently started Keto & will come here when I haven’t cooked- and just remove the bun. The food has always been cooked perfectly & served hot. What stands out to me is the staff…. They are WONDERFUL!! They are always so courteous, friendly and seem to genuinely care about their customers and their experience. I don’t understand all the bad reviews. Perhaps they have gone through some changes..?? I have been 3 times in the last few weeks, and had such a pleasant experience…. Especially today… so much that I wanted to write a review. I think this location is incredibly convenient, right off the interstate, although yes, it is smaller. The staff, the girls that were there today for the afternoon shift, all deserve a raise. In a time where customer service is less than stellar, I appreciated their efforts. Thank-you!

A bit smaller than most locations. The location isn’t a great one. But the service was excellent. I rate the food 1 less star because i asked for cut in half sandwich, and only the top bread was cut. Try focusing on quality rather quantity i would say. Overall, there are homeless ppl near and i do believe that’s why my atmosphere rating was lower. Location just isn’t inviting. But thanks for great service.

This place is horrendous. I waited 10 minutes for a mobile order. The girl was rude and said they didn’t have a BOGO whopper which they do on the app. The order on both my whoppers were completely wrong. One of my buns was burnt to a crisp. Black. The burger itself was gray and nasty looking. The staff was rude and clueless. They don’t give a…. And now I have severe diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, and a terrible headache. Stay clear of this place. Food poisoning.

I am not known for eating at fast food places, but I was starving. My friend and I purchased the impossible burger and fries with no salt in addition to a drink. The food was super fresh, and the fries were hot. Customer service was superb, and the time frame was less than 7 minutes in and out.

This Location is very much racist, husband and I stopped to eat but had our kids who needed to use the bathroom first. there seemed to be a line so i proceeded to it with my kids, we waited a good 20 minutes before i realized they werent going to open the door for me but opened it for an african american woman and let her into the mens bathroom wheni asked if he could open the womens bathroom (which was very much vacant) for my kids, i was told that that bathroom specifically was for employees, OK? but its empty and i have children who need to use the bthroom!!!!! anyways the woman in the mens bathroom came out but didnt hold the door for me so i went to the front counter to ask if they can open and was met with cold stares from all the employees, mind you they were mostly women of color surrounding this one man of color giggling and laughing and pointing at customers as if gossiping, in front of my face, after realizing they werent going to open the door for me i left and got my husband and wasnt til then when the man working who was being disrespectful to me let them in with some sob story of how i was being disrespectful from jump. i have never been met with such gross behavior at a fast food restaurant before but this place specifically has ghetto wriiten all over it, i think corporate should come through and hand out books on hospitality. this whole building just needs to be shut down this is not how you run a family fast food restaurant .the worst part is when i called the cops they said they couldnt do anything, honestly just seems like that one location is a front for something and the cops seems to get some percentage on it . how you a cop who took an oath to protect and serve your community and you cant even serve, let alone Protect!!! i said what i said DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT FIND ANOTHER PLACE, trust me !

Customer service was absolutely horrendous. When I brought that to their attention they smashed my sandwich. When I asked for a replacement they laughed at me and said it’ll take 7 minutes to cook, 18 minutes later they bring out my food extremely hot (and it wasn’t even fresh, same sandwich just thrown in the hopper) how do I know this? I used to work at burger king.

I wish I could give this less than a star. The atmosphere of the fast food place was nice at first until you talk to the employees. They have attitudes while talking to the customers, on their phones talking through air pods in their ears, and literally giving people the “one moment” find while rudely telling them to wait. I understand having people ask for something while you’re working, but there are better alternatives than being rude to their customers. Will not be visiting again, nor will I be referring this to anyone I know. I expected a little more class from Burger King, but these kind of employees are tending to show up more so around this corporation. Sad this is where they’ve been led.

They put onions and lettuce on the sandwich I was had to turn around off of I-4 all the way back to the store just for them to give me a cold sandwich that is rock hard I have never had this experience from Burger King ever in my thirty years of going to Burger King Alone the employees was not helpful at all. Even the manager she did it on purpose I wouldn’t go back and get my money back but instead I would take that loss and I would never enter another Burger King again and I will make sure my grandkids and my kids don’t do it either make this right
