A nice restaurant in Short Pump, offering a nice variety of dining options. Seafood is the main focus. However, there are plenty of other choices available. We started out with the oysters on the half shell and the fried calamari. The calamari had a very tasty sauce, which I greatly recommend. The oysters were also tasty. The steak frites were a good choice. The steak was tender and the fries are crispy. The tacos are good, but nothing spectacular. Our server was very friendly and made our dining experience pleasant. If you are in the Short Pump area, give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

West Coast Provisions is the one of the best restaurants in the Richmond area.amazing service. Professional, engaging and getting it done. The atmosphere is very nice both inside and outside dining. They have a active bar as well. The food is amazing. I had a simple burger and fries. So so tasty. My wife has the scallops and it was so so good. Every dish was well presented and lived up to its looks. We had donuts for dessert. As you can see from my pics they where good. They are slightly higher in price for the area BUT worth the money. You simply get what you pay for . Great food 🙂 We are looking forward to going back.

My husband and I decided to make the 20 minute drive out to West Coast Provisions on our final day visiting the Richmond area for lunch. The menu selection, while not one particular type, seemed quite cohesive. We ordered the truffle fries and tuna sashimi to start, my husband ordered the crab and corn miso soup (sometimes you just need to try something), and for entrees we ordered the Spicy fried Chicken Sandwich and the Lobster BLT. Everything came out in a timely fashion, starters first followed by mains. We had a great server who checked in regularly without making us feel rushed or out of place. Everything was absolutely delicious, especially the foie gras mousse with the tuna. The only slightly negative part were the truffle fries – while delicious and well seasoned, their container leads to soggy fries at the bottom. The restaurant itself was bright and open, thanks to it’s many windows (which I’ve honestly never seen windows so pristine before – kudos!). We loved the curved booths, which made for an intimate yet wide-scoped view of the restaurant and bar in its entirety. I can’t say when we’ll be back, but we will definitely remember this place, and it will be on our radar if we’re in the area.

Enjoyed a lovely Birthday lunch at West Coast Provisions Short Pump! Beautiful ambiance, great service, super lovely waitstaff and bartenders, and tasty food. Fried Oysters were amazing and I enjoyed sharing my friends’ Parmesan fries. Main dishes were tasty though a different twist than expected in some cases. My shrimp and grits weren’t the traditional version I was expecting but was nonetheless delicious. Will definitely go back and try more as this was a first time. Our waitress was incredible ! Loved the complimentary birthday glass of champagne she threw in!

Be sure to dine on the outside patio, it’s wonderful! We had their mussels and calamari for appetizers and they were delicious! Their margaritas went down nicely also. We love seafood so the menu was great for us with a lot to choose from. We enjoyed the salmon and rockfish selections. It’s just a great place to enjoy a warm summer evening! And be sure to get there early enough to enjoy their happy hour! A great selection of appetizers!

We had to wait for a bit, so we first went and wandered Lidl. Food was a little pricey, but delicious and very interesting flavor mixes. We had a sushi roll, miso crab soup, mahi, and cioppino then split a mocha martini and the panna cotta. It was some of the best sushi I’ve had, and the cioppino was a nice treat! Picture is the panna cotta, and the cherry boba was the perfect accent!

I am writing to communicate my extraordinary displeasure with our experience at your restaurant on Tuesday, August 29th. Our server disappeared for lengthy periods at a time, we were charged $4 when we requested additional bread for our meat and cheese plate and the wine pours were paltry, at best. Your food is excellent, but it is nullified by the atrocious service and nickel and diming of customers. Clearly you do not view the google reviews posted as several other patrons have had similar experiences. I strongly encourage you to be reassess your business practices.
