Texas Roadhouse always has a good atmosphere, but the food and service across the chain can be hit-or-miss. THIS location is the best Texas Roadhouse my family has ever been to. The food is always cooked as requested, drinks promptly refilled, sides have an actual taste other than salt and butter. My grilled chicken was seriously the juiciest I’ve ever ordered at a restaurant, period. And of course, the rolls are heavenly! Rocky was our server during our most recent visit. She’s one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Quick, caring, concise, great memory, friendly. We brought in a party of nine, and Rocky ensured we were well-cared for. We’ll be back to this location the next time we’re in Nebraska!

I’m going to give them five stars across the board-because… Their food is usually exceptional, however, this time my salmon came out slightly dry and overcooked. I let our waiter know, and he immediately got the manager who brought my new salmon, that was so delicious and tender and they make everything right with a smile. Nobody is perfect, but when you do business like this, I will keep coming back! Thank you!!

I try my best not to complain but this was just too bad not to. We ordered 2 steaks medium. One of them was grey and dry as can be. Broccoli tastes either sour or lemon was squeezed all over it. Unfortunately, we ordered to go and are in for the night, or else we would have asked for a redo. Also tried calling but we waited so long on the line, it hung up on us lol

The hostess somehow forgot that our party of 4 was waiting. We were told 10 minutes for a table; there were no other customers waiting before us. We sat on the window bench in full view of the host station. 35 minutes later, after several groups, including some larger than ours, had come and been seated, I inquired about our wait time. She looked for my name and couldn’t find it on their list, asked how many in my party, then seated us right away (no apology).

First, we came in, and 2 hostesses said the person seating would be up. They stood and talked. The waiter was wonderful and attentive. My daughter’s steak was way overcooked. Mine just tasted over cooked, but appearance wise looked fair other than thin. Economical meal though, fabulous bread!

Small portion sizes on the steak fries, a medium rare steak cooked well done, broccoli that had brown spots all over it, carrots that were too undercooked to eat, hosts ignored us when we came in, at least the waitress who tried to serve our table was great. The one who did was fine. Smallest sweet potatoe I have seen in my life, more shell then sweet potatoes. Sweet tea was way too strong. What happened? Used to love this place.

My steak was cooked just the way I like it and my loaded baked sweet potato melted in my mouth. The buttered corn was on point, oh and the potato skins were awesome as well. Our server Alex was awesome too! Will definitely go back

I always have a wonderful experience at Texas Roadhouse. The food is consistently delicious and the service is outstanding, but tonight was truly exceptional. The gentleman who gave me my order, Suge, was very kind, upbeat, and friendly. Truly a sweetheart!

This franchise is need of new management. We joined the waitlist told us they were ready for us and then forgot to bring us to our table. Then, our waiter was short with us and overall did not have the customer service that I found was needed. He did get our food at reasonable and gave us more rolls when we asked. They were busy but he could’ve been better overall.
