Friendly staff, but the portion sizes are ridiculously tiny for what you pay.(9+ dollars for one entree & side, 11+ dollars for two entrees & side) The general tso chicken was very hard(mostly breading) and probably sitting out for hours. Swallowing it felt like what I would imagine ingesting shards of glass would be like. I will say the orange chicken, low mein and egg rolls were decent. Not the China max I remember, but I suppose this is to be expected of for Chinese American food in a mall food court. Still better than panda express.

I have been coming to China Max since I was little. I’ve always loved their orange chicken, pineapple chicken, chicken with broccoli and sweet and sour chicken. I’ll usually have any of those with the fried rice. It’s great food to have while you’re just shopping in the mall! My favorite thing is their teriyaki sauce that is right in front of their registers. I could have that sauce every day!

Simple Review. Good food but rude employees. Used to come here often but now I wont anymore. I consciously decided to leave, after having decided to get food, simply because how they treated me. It just goes to show how one bad treatment of a customer by one employee can cancel a return customer forever/lost profits. Companies need to learn to put customer service and polite behavior first.

I love the different types of Asian foods that they have and they offer samples so you can try before you buy; especially when you’re looking for something simple and delicious to eat after a day of shopping and don’t feel like cooking at home. The service is excellent and their prices are very reasonable especially when you’re looking to feed a family of four or more.

Orange chicken just tasted like sugar and was very soggy. The Basil chicken was ok, very spicy and a little salty. Crab Rangoon was very chewy instead of being crispy. This was all during lunch time at about 12:30 so you’d expect it to be better.
